Murphysboro, IL to Morganfield, KY

Today we deviated from the Trans America Map set and rode a more direct route toward our destination.  We logged 83 miles in 5 hrs 42 min. Relatively flat, although we did have to dodge a few rain drops.  The plan for today was initially an easy 50ish day, but with good weather and rain in the forecast tomorrow we thought it was best to forge ahead.  Moving back to the map tomorrow, the areas we are crossing are a bit remote, thus blogging may be delayed.
